Anthony has over 25 years of experience as a food safety professional. Anthony has a BSc Honours in Food Science and is approved by the International HACCP Alliance as a Lead HACCP instructor. A passionate food safety visionary he understands that evolving circumstances require flexibility and leads food safety professionals in meeting the ever-changing needs of industry.
